Return Policy

At LINK + LUXE, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t the perfect fit, we’re happy to help.

Return Qualifications

Jewelry + Accessories Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any pouches or jewelry cards.
  • Final sale items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

For hygiene and quality reasons, LINK + LUXE reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items (if applicable)

Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been approved. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LINK + LUXE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet return qualifications.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@linkandluxe.co.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

At this time, LINK + LUXE does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item if eligible.
